OK, I took the Star Trek quiz, following the suggestion of So Says Green Weaver.

I come out highest as Spock, second as Beverly Crusher, though none are as high a match as Green Weaver got.

I guess I’m just not cut out to be a Star Trek character. Scroll down for the whole ‘report’.

My youthful obsession with SF was one of those badly timed elements of my life, along with my appreciation for animation. By the time my kids were obsessed with cartoons, I was tired of them. Same with science fiction.

I watched the original Star Trek, especially in reruns. My kids grew up on The Next Generation, and own most of them on DVD. I’ve only watched a few of them. We had a few “SF events” when the kids were growing up. We went to a Trekkie convention when they were in grade school. When all 3 of the first Star Wars films were re-released, we spent a day shuttling between theaters so we could watch all 3 on large screens, in sequence.
